Description of the project: In Quebec, the issue of the impact of the specialty area on well-being at work for lawyers has received little attention, while requests for the assistance program for members of the Barreau du Québec have experienced high increase. The project aims to identify and explain the specific contribution of the specialty area on well-being at work among Quebec lawyers.
