Graduate program in management and manufacturing intelligence

Training in management and manufacturing intelligence is offered by the School of Management at the University of Sherbrooke. the 2nd cycle microprogram was created by our researchers Elaine Mosconi as well as Luis Antonio from Santa Eulalia.

Training targets

The overall objective of the program is to train digital transformers in the avant-garde context of the 4th industrial revolution.

The specific educational objectives of the program are as follows:

  • grasp, evaluate and develop a critical spirit with regard to the business challenges of the manufacturing sector in connection with emerging technologies, especially those from Industry 4.0;
  • acquire and master knowledge, and act competently according to the business needs of manufacturing companies in order to plan and implement a digital transformation strategy;
  • create a vision focused on continuous innovation of products, services, processes, business models and ways of doing business.

Training locations and admission terms

Remote in synchronous hybrid mode (Longueuil campus): admission to the winter term.

Terms and conditions

Hold an undergraduate university degree in administration, computer science, information technology, engineering or another field of study deemed equivalent.

Special conditions

Have relevant work experience of two years or more.

Linguistic requirement

The candidate must have a good understanding of written English in order to read specialized texts in the field.

Selection criteria

In addition to the above admission conditions, the selection committee will consider the excellence of the academic record and the relevant documented experience.
