Thesis title : Logistics collaboration as a precursor of performance in a supply chain: analysis of a logistics triad in the context of vehicle construction

Description : The thesis explores the phenomenon of collaborative logistics in an organizational triad: a vehicle manufacturer, a logistics service provider and key suppliers. The objective is to verify the contributions of collaboration on logistics performance: the thesis highlights the facilitating elements of collaboration, the logistical activities of collaboration, as well as the tangible and intangible benefits of collaboration. The methodology used is of a qualitative nature, and carried out through a multicase study.
