Krystel Libert-Morneau

I am currently working on a master's thesis on human-machine integration in the context of collaborative robotics and associated HRM practices. My other current research activities relate to the deepening of the challenges related to industry 4.0 and the adaptation of organizations to this new context.

I will begin a Ph.D. in organizational psychology in the fall 2019. My thesis will mainly focus on the integration of organizational play in the innovation process.

Project: STUDY OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICES PROMOTING THE INTEGRATION OF COLLABORATIVE ROBOTICS IN CONTEXT

Project description: Beyond its technical challenges, the implementation of collaborative robots in business can involve its share of human and managerial challenges. My project therefore aims to identify the consequences of collaborative robots on employees, as well as the best management practices to be implemented to facilitate this change.
