Pierre-Luc Fournier

Pierre-Luc Fournier, Ph. D., ing. is an assistant professor at the School of Management at the University of Sherbrooke. Specialist in operations management, he is interested in behavioral operations management, continuous improvement and performance management. His main area of ​​expertise is in the area of ​​services. Her most recent work, published in international journals, focuses on the behavioral reactions of health and social services workers to the implementation of continuous improvement approaches. He has collaborated for several years with various Canadian and American organizations.
